Order Types are an important concept in OnSite.  They are used to control how orders flow through your system, and are used  with Design Types to control Production.  There are many other features and controls as well.

In this video, we explain Order Types and  some of the ways they can be set up .

 NOTE: Although the concepts in this video apply to all versions, OnSite 8.3 was used for this recording.
