How To Use Activities

Activities record a "touch" or other contact you might have with Customers, Vendors or other contacts . Activities are universal, and they can be added the same way from any section of OnSite. Examples might include:

  • Scheduling a meeting with a customer.
  • Sending or Receiving emails from customer.
  • Recording notes on a customer or vendor.

 

Once you create Activities, they can be seen and edited in lists, in FocalPoint, or on your Activity Calendar.  Managers and owners can report on Activities, and view or change them if they have proper access rights.
