In the OnSite system you have the ability to change the Sales Tax rate for accounts in the Chart of Accounts.  To do this, you will need to navigate to the Chart of Accounts in the "Accounting" section of the system.  Then view the chart of accounts and click on the view button in front of the account that needs to be changed.  Next, click on the "Change" button to adjust the rate.  Once the rate is changed it will only affect new orders moving forward.  This will NOT retroactively change the rate on old sales orders.  See video below.
