There is the possiblity that the General Ledger in the OnSite system can become out of balance.  This is not typical but can happen due to outside factors such as power outages or shutting the system down incorrectly.  There are ways to correct the GL entries if this happens to the system.  Click on the video link below to learn how to correct the entries.
