Attachments are any type of computer file and they can be attached to records in the OnSite system including:

  • Purchase Orders
  • Bank Reconciliations

  • Designs
  • Vendors 

 

Some practical uses are:

• Signed documents like an “Order Approval” attached to a specific order.
• MSDS chemical sheets attached to a specific Vendor.
• Proposals attached to a Customer file or a Marketing Contact.
• Checks or bank statements attached to a “Bank Reconciliation”.
• Embroidery stitch files attached directly to a design.
• Packing slips attached to a “Purchase Order”.
