How does Ownership work in OnSite?

In OnSite, Administrators have the ability to prevent users from seeing records assigned to specific employees. This is especially useful if you have outside sales staff and you want them to have access to the OnSite system but not be able to see orders or customers from other employees. This is called “Ownership”.  Ownership is first setup in the employee’s access and then is implemented in other modules. Watch the video below to see how to setup this feature.
