Procedural Considerations

1.   Be clear with customers and also employees as to your policies and proceduresregarding receivables management.  Terms. Statements. Emails.  When arecustomers put on hold etc.? All should be consistent from employee to employeeand (maybe) across customers.
 
2.   It’s a good idea to get reports specifically for month end.
